Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched (shipped). Once the order has been dispatched, you may refuse to accept delivery. In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a full refund will be processed (if payment has already been made), subject to the terms below.

Cancellation Charges and Process

Cancellations are permitted until the order is fulfilled and dispatched.

Customer-initiated cancellations of prepaid orders are subject to a flat deduction of 2% of the order value to cover platform and processing costs.

When You Can Cancel an Order?

You may cancel an order (or specific items within it) in the following situations:

  • The item(s) are no longer required.
  • The order was placed by mistake.
  • The order contains wrong or incompatible items.
  • You have found a better product or price.

How to Cancel an Order?

Once your order has been placed, you can request cancellation by contacting our customer support team. We will initiate the cancellation process for you as quickly as possible.

Please note: Cancellations are accepted only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Once an order has been successfully delivered, it becomes eligible for returns and exchanges under our returns and exchanges Policy.

Yellow Apple-Initiated Cancellations

Yellow Apple reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The item(s) have gone out of stock.
  • The order appears to be fraudulent.
  • The order was confirmed due to a technical error or circumstances beyond our control.

No cancellation charges apply when Yellow Apple initiates the cancellation. We bear all platform costs in such cases.

Important Notes

  • Once an order has been fulfilled and/or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, as we may no longer have control over the shipment at various checkpoints.
  • We strongly recommend that you review your order carefully and confirm all details (including compatibility and requirements) before placing it. If you have any doubts, please contact our customer support team prior to ordering.
  • Any dispatched order will be presented for delivery. You may choose to refuse acceptance at the time of delivery.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds (after applicable cancellation charges) are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
