Refund policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- The order was cancelled before fulfilment, as per our Cancellation Policy. (Order Cancellation Policy)
- The order was successfully returned, as per our Return Policy. (Return & Exchange Policy)
Please review the respective policies carefully, as certain deductions may apply depending on the reason for cancellation or return.
Once a refund request is approved, it enters the settlement process. We strive to initiate eligible refunds within 3 to 4 business days. Banks and financial institutions may then take an additional 3 to 7 business days to credit the amount. On average, a valid refund is completed within 5 to 7 business days.
Important Notes
- Payments made through our payment gateway will be refunded to the original payment method only. We cannot redirect refunds to a different account or method.
- In all cases, it usually takes up to one business week for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account. We appreciate your patience during this period.
- Our support team will notify you via email (or your registered contact) once the refund has been initiated.
- If there is any discrepancy with the refund, we may request a copy of your bank statement and/or advise you to follow up with your bank.
