At Yellow Apple, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

• Return Window: Products must be returned or exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the original purchase receipt issued by Yellow Apple.
  
  
• Required Documentation: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must retain and submit the original product label and invoice. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without these documents.
  
  
• Product Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition - unused, unwashed, undamaged, and untampered. Any signs of use, wear, or alteration will render the product ineligible for return or exchange.
  
  
• Eligibility for Refund or Exchange: Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange or refund. Yellow Apple reserves the right to inspect and validate the defect before approving any return or exchange.
  
  
• Promotional Bundles or Pairs: If you have purchased a pair or bundle products under a promotional package, the entire set must be returned as originally shipped. Partial returns will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be processed in such cases.
  
  
• Exchanges Process: Replacement or refund will be processed only after we receive the returned product and our team has inspected and confirmed it as genuinely faulty (without any evidence of tampering or misuse).
